Mizzou's Vet School Student Visits

Most Recent Visits:

We had a couple of great visits this October, 2011.  Dr. Dusty Nagy brought out two groups of students and a couple other doctors.  We had a blast wrestling around with the boys and soothing the girls while giving them a worming shot, toe nail trims, teeth checks and health exams.  All the alpacas look great and all the students performed like champs!  Thanks so much for everyone for your professional work, and for the laughs... it was good times.

Sample of Vet School Activities:

On May 15th of 2010, the MU VMTH Small Ruminant & Camelid Club held a meeting at Osage Alpacas.  The Club's Historian did an excellent job documenting the meeting, something we don't often remember to do around here. Thanks to her efforts, we can show you what an exciting experience it can be for students to come to Osage Alpacas.  Enjoy!

It was a very wet, rainy day... doesn't mean it wasn't eventful!
